God
We believe in one God that eternally exists and reveals Himself in three persons-Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that God is perfect and holy and that He cannot abide sin in His presence.
Son of Man
We believe thatJesus Christ is the only Son of God and wasfull of grace and truth. He came as the visible expression of God’s great lovefor fallen humanity. He was born of the Virgin Mary and lived a sinless life.He was crucified, shed His blood and died to pay the penalty for our sins. He wasraised bodily from the dead on the third day and is now at the right hand ofthe Majesty on high as our great High Priest. He will come again to establishHis Kingdom of righteousness and peace.
Holy Spirit
We believe that theHoly Spirit indwells every true believer toguide, teach and empower him to livea life pleasing to God.
The Bible
We believe that the Bible is the very Word of God, which is inspired by the Holy Spirit. It is complete, wholly true and is our final authority in all matters of faith and practice.
Man
We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God, but that in Adam’s sin the race fell, inherited a sinful nature and became alienated from God. A man cannot, by any means of his own, enter into God’s presence in Heaven.
Salvation
We believe that salvation is a gift of God and is received by man through personal faith in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for sin. We believe that man is justified by grace through faith apart from works.
The Second Coming
We believe that the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is imminent and will be personal and visible. He will return as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The date of His return is unknown. We are to live godly lives in daily expectation of His coming.
